Payment conditions:
At the moment of booking 30% of total amount has to be paid as a deposit; the rest is paid when the apartment’s key is delivered to the guests assigning the apartment’s name, period and persons.
Payments by money postal orders be put in the name of: “Agriturismo la Piaggiola degli Olivi” di Macchiaiolo Adele Via colgiordano vecchio 26 06064 Panicale (PG) Ufficio postale Panicale, Perugia.
Periods during the national holidays are considered high season. Security Deposit at the moment of apartment’s key delivery: 150.00€.
Lodgings are available from 17.00 on arrival day (Saturday) and have to be abandoned within 10,00 on departure day (Saturday).
The prices include: electricity, water and gas (for cooking) consumption. Regarding the gas consumption for heating, there is an additional payment according to the quantity consumed. Household linen, towels and sheets are included.
Daily or weekly room cleanings are carried out on demand, and are not included in the room fare. The final cleaning is included in the price.
Cradle for small children or a single bed are also available. Our farmhouse is open during the whole year and it has agreements with typical local restaurants, riding schools, and rent-a-car agencies.
